• Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed. Orders placed over the weekend are delivered on the first working day of the week - Sunday.
  • Local deliveries are charged at a flat fee of KD 2.
  • International orders (GCC) are responsible for shipping and customs charges.
  • If your order requires a change in address by the shipping carrier, please call us immediately.
  • Delivery signatures are required to ensure the order is received by the eligible recipient. Your signature will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
  • If you are not present at the specified delivery address, we will deliver the order to any person at the specified address and their signature on the order will be a confirmation that you have received all items purchased in the order.
  • In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, wedding events, and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
  • We guarantee delivery to the addresses you provide. To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full and accurate address details, of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.


We only accept returns within 24 hours of product delivery, and only items that have been damaged during delivery or a defective product. We, however ensure that every order is checked prior to delivery to avoid any such inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to ensure timely processing of your return:

  1. Give us a call at +965 25722507 or 25722508 and advise why you wish to return the product.
  2. If your item has been approved for return, please keep the item in a place with the invoice so our drivers are able to pick them up.
  3. Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will process your exchange or store credit within 2 to 3 business days as there is no refund.
  4. Return credit does not include original shipping charges.
  5. To be eligible for exchange, the returned items must be in its original packaging, unopened & unused.
  6. Returned items must be in new condition in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, or that indicate use, will not be accepted for return.
